    Actually went to the west location and had a great experience! Even the procedure itself. Office staff was very friendly. Patients in the waiting room were all return patients which says something in itself. Had an ingrown removed. Completely painless. Completely. Dr. Brad has many years experience and is a competent physician with excellent bedside manner. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending or returning.
