Dr. Brian Mattison was born and raised in South Florida. After completing his undergraduate studies at Miami University in Oxford Ohio, Dr. Mattison returned to South Florida to complete his medical school education in Miami at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. Following his graduation, Dr. Mattison completed a rigorous 3-year surgical residency training at Larkin Hospital in South Miami with an emphasis on forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Mattison developed his surgical skills performing over 600 procedures in residency while under the guidance of esteemed podiatric and orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Mattison has a passion for sports medicine, wound care and limb salvage and is determined to help you get back on your feet. He is currently board qualified in foot surgery by the American board of Foot and Ankle surgery. In his free time, Dr. Mattison enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling and spending time with his family. We are very excited to welcome Dr. Mattison to our practice.
